Shipping Policy

Orders are dropped off for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays using the PEP Paxi delivery service.

PEP Paxi provides two delivery options:

  1. 3-5 Business Days(R110): For quicker delivery, your parcel will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  2. 7-9 Business Days(R60): For a more economical choice, delivery takes 7-9 business days.

You can track your parcel once it has been dropped for delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

 

  • Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Damages and Issues
    Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • How to Return an Item
    To initiate a return, contact us at support@naturmann.co.za. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
  • Return Shipping
    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-12 business days.
